May 28, 2007: Colour Blindness and Graphs; As developers we have tried to find the correct, most semantic way to mark up graphs, bar charts and pie charts to display the information accurately and in an accessible manner. What about the visual representation of these graphs though? Are they effective and accessible if you have any form of colour blindness?

April 16, 2007: Search Engine Experiment - Pages to be Indexed.; Test pages that need to be indexed for the ongoing experiment on how search engines index varies modern web development techniques. Content includes: Flash, AJAX, CSS techniques, Javascript and DOM methods.

An ongoing experiment in search engine indexing capabilities, and the accessibility and standards compliance of each method used, should give us some idea of where we stand with modern web development.

April 12, 2007: Google Chart for CSS, Javascript, DOM and Flash.; Chart on how Google indexes content that is dynamically generated or manipulated. This includes Flash, Javascript, AJAX, CSS, Audio and Video. This is an ongoing experiment.

November 24, 2006: Google and DOM Scripting; What if you use javascript to insert content via the DOM? Will Google or any other search engine index this dynamic content? A quick experiment to check the results.
