Yahoo meddles with “no-content” class

Yahoo declares an inline “no-content” class to dictate to it’s search engine which content on your page is not actually content worth crawling and indexing. For real? Have they not heard about Microformats or the recent concepts regarding POSH development practices? Yahoo is meddling, and not in a good way.

Web 2.0 Expo has turned out some new thoughts on Plain Old Semantic HTML and how to approach it. The new approach is all about the acronym and spreading the word to the masses. Can POSH take on it’s bigger buzzword cousins, AJAX and Microformats?

Tabbed navigation for dummies

Building a tabbed menu from a simple unordered list. This is a simple exercise in making sure the active or hover tab bleeds over the bottom border so it looks as if it joins the main page background color.
