Web Jam Redux

The dynamic duo of Lachlan Hardy and Anson Parker have decided to treat us to another installment of development love with the announcement of  Web Jam 2.

The format is simple. Have one good idea, develop it or talk about it and keep it under 3 minutes. Don’t go over or you will get the gong and have to cut your presentation short, that was half the fun of the debut Web Jam. This did happen to a few presenters who had technical difficulties or just didn’t time their presentations well and were simply cut short.

I expect to see the presentations amped up a bit this time… Last one was a huge success and everyone left (including me) declaring that they would develop something and present at the next one.

Well, I didn’t get my act together sadly, but I am sure there will be no problems for the guys to fill the 20 spots for the night including those that read about the event and were sad to miss out and/or present last time.

So if you haven’t signed up yet, get on it. It’s one of the cooler events I have been to in a while and you don’t want to be listening or reading about this one instead of actually being there.

You can’t heckle developers unless you are actually parked in front of the stage with a cold beer in your hand…

And once again, registration is closed for attendees and speakers. This event is the hottest thing Sydney has ever seen!
